Shipping Policy
Please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for us to process your order. Due to the lack of preservatives in our products and high turnover of inventory, we are required to produce product daily. The resulting benefit to you the customer is the maximum freshness of product possible.

All orders are shipped via UPS, and all shipping rates are calculated based on the order total and weight. The rates for Ground, Next Day, 2^nd and 3^rd day business delivery will be presented at the time of checkout.

Sales Tax
Florida residents will be assessed a 7.5% sales tax.

Returns
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. NO CASH REFUNDS!!
